Just wondering if any of you out there model or know anything about whats involved/needed to start etc. (talking bout male modelling btw) As have been thinking bout getting into it, not in love with myself at all,just thought I'd try and see if it goes anywhere as I've heard there can be good money in it?
Wondered if anyone of you knew how to get into it,or decent agencies to register with etc?Also best place to get a portfolio done/what kind of shots?

I know a professional photographer who does alot of portfolio shoots, typically it best to get a portfolio together that you can take to agencies.....
you also have to think about the type of shoots you'd do.... fashion etc...

Do you know what the different shoots are and what they're about?(obviously have a vague idea but more info would be good)
I've gotta mate thats studying photography at Uni so he'd be able to do me a free/cheap portfolio although it obviously won't be as good as a professional one,however I ain't really got the £££ to spend on a proper one as they can cost hundreds!
Best to go into agencies personally or just send a portfolio across the net?

if you serious about doing it i can get you in touch with some photographers, a photographer who i have worked with quite alot would be a good person to shoot with maybe, based in East dulwich, depending on how far you want to travel.
.id get a really good set of photos on print and get in contact with agencys.
photos need to be simple but very up to date ( no logos on clothes , no out of date fashion etc) and showing off your best features to, then once you have done a few photoshoots you can see what you enjoy and are best at doing....
