It says on there that its ready now as the teams are announced? I want to start up a work league today but theres still friendlies to be played? I have to pick a squad at the start, but don't want to pick it for the tournament in a week incase of injuries etc.

Site is crap for info, doesnt say if this is picking for the real thing or not!

I've just picked my squad but haven't entered the team yet, I don't want to enter it to find out that thats then my tournament team.

Got this email from UEFA after I asked them if my team/league will be wiped when the official game starts:

Hi

The current game is just for the friendlies, to fill in the gap between
the qualification rounds and the finals in June.

A new game will launch 30 May for the actual finals, at the same url:
http://en.fantasy.euro2008.uefa.com/

You use the same log in details, but pick a new team and set up new leagues.

So I'd wait until Friday, as this game is now over and any teams or leagues you create won't be involved in the new game.
