Hadn't intended to do much to the Rex, but I've spent far too long thinking about it and now the bug's come back...
Currently:
But like the look of these:
Rota Torque Drifts, black with red lips:
a set of Teins or whatever coilovers, not looked into that yet.
which should get it to something like this:
Then a nice carbon splitter:
and vented bonnet, colour coded:
then maybe a carbon rear hatch, but not 100% on that yet.
Thoughts? Looks better?
You'll save me money by saying no.

Which BBS wheels?
Keeping the twins for now scoob, maybe if I have a problem with the rats' nest I'll change then.
Ant, it's tricky to do a black roof as there's no defined line like Corsas have due to the roof rails. To make it work you'd have to do the whole greenhouse area black.

This was in scoob's garage, his wheels on a red rx7. Looks nice.
I think you should go for the rota's with the red lip as above, will look soo nice in real life. Also tein are v.good coilovers, edfc allows you to electronically set them up inside your car too. Only bad points they arn't made for british weather and the paint will come off them soo easily so they will need to be looked after of sprayed in something that can with stand the salt on these roads.

Leave it as it is.
It looks quite classy for a mazda.

Maybe. Handles well as standard though so need to do some research on what will improve looks without ruining that.

i always liked the different headlights, brings the car up to date a bit.
but wheels and suspension usually change a car enough anyway, and the rota's are a very good choice

Your plans sound good to me, those RX8 rims do it no justice

I really like the RX8 alloys but the Rota's will look better on the RX7 I reckon.
It all sounds good to me as well then mate
