Ive not a clue when it comes to golf.
But, over summer i shall be tagging along to the driving range so want my own golf club to make me look cool with my mates
Anyone know what i need Any links to cheap ones? (cheap being like less that £15.
I dont need a top of the range Tiger Woods stylee club, as long as it is one that would be used on a driving range then thats good
Thanks

If you want cheap clubs go to JJB they have quite a lot of choice. Hope that helps.

Yes. I dont play golf on the regular, i dont intend to either.
I just enjoy making a twat of myself at the driving range.
My friend pings it 180 yards off his knees, i try to hit the ball
Thanks, ill have a gander at JJB.

Tbh for what you want clubs for.... i'd use a rented set from the range.
For a budget starter set including bag, you're probably looking at £150, maybe less etc
Try some rented ones first, if you get into it and you go to a course, have a look at starter sets

TBh if you're that unserious about it then it doesn't really matter what 'one' club you buy does it

No, but i want to make sure i get the right one for a driving range
I presume the one in the link just above would suffice. If so i shall go grab that
Id rather not borrow off my friend as that would cause problems.

Don't buy a driver, you wont be able to hit it
Get yourself a 3 wood
If there is any sports-soccer shops near you, go and buy a 3 wood, Donnay, will cost you about 10quid, and will be perfect for what you want to use it for
A free wood is much more friendly for someone who doesnt play than a driver and would suit you alot more

I'd get medium length iron and 3/5 wood as strik says. You can at least get to know an iron and a wood then. If you have no interest in learning or getting better or anything I'd just stay at home
