Hello new to corsasport. Also found in allcorsa. Heres what i have done so far, xmas present this year so had for 6months so farish. A lot of pictures to go through hope you dont get bored. Comments welcome good or bad
(Started out like so, but added tints...)
debadged the back and side trims
New wheels
Sprayed back bumper, back side arches, mirrors, bootlock and taken off back wiper and tinted rear lights and added twin exhaust, took off petrol cap(Low purring sound.)
fixing a dent and rust
Fusion stereo with ipod conector looks real good specially at night (photo dosn't give it any justice though)
My Dads car which will be mine and a project to look forward to (Austin 6).
De-restricted and drilled air box
I then put a bee sting arial which i didnt like and i twisted to tight and the thread snapped off so i took the whole thing out which i think looks better and i don't use radio much anyway.
Decided on better speakers to go with my fusion headunit so thought i'd match with 3way 6x9's
And then put some coil overs on
Before
After
and tinted side repeaters.
a pic
badboi bonnet
Some Pretty Bad Rust!
gsi bumper and started to smooth
pulled out inner lip for room
pictures of the front
fitted a straight through exhaust, very loud.
fitted a boot popper so can start to smooth boot(bit of a botch job)
and this is how she currently stands (Got bonnet resprayed)
Will get better pictures at some point.
Future mods, Let or XE smooth arches retrim in burgandy new back bumper, fix doors on left side as have dents (hence why no pictures of that side )

when i first saw it, i thought god no.
but that actually looks really nice apart from the cheap wheels.
just needs the door handles re-spraying as they look a dodgy colour match and you're onto a winner

i see you live in walisdown hoddo not to far from me.
I'll work on the boot popper to tidy it up lol. one problem i have with it is that in releases with the rear windscreenwiper but then dosnt release all the way so have to wait for it to click again to release!
Next job is smooth the back and have just bought a new door to replace the one with dent. bought at a scrappy.
Tinting the rear lights is really easy, just buy a light tint spray (different colours to choose from) Just make sure you spray in thin layers and hold can not to close otherwise will run or bubble. I did about 5/6 thin layers. make sure that if you make a mistake not to try and rub otherwise will go wrong. I'm thinking of going back to standard back lights as may fit my car better.
I'll try and get a sneaky one of my missis after i get her drunk and shes passed out lol only kidding.

will look out for you too. Yeah sprayed handles myself. Taking out isn't to bad, just hard to get to and very fiddly. I spent ages on one door as tried to get a spanner to it then after a bit realised its actually a type of allen key i needed!

Little update... bought the back passanger door from scrappy, they asked for £60 got them down to £40 . Anyway quite easy to fit except i want the tinted window from the old door into the new one.
Does anyone know how to get the window out?
There is one bolt i can see which looks connected but the allen key type thread has gone. Which leads me to the question,
how do you take off a bolt with a warped head off?
(Old door)
(new door)

Right started to smooth the back as sorted the boot popper. Thanks for tutorial on here
(standard c/c)
(First i cut mesh and used P40 to seal it)
(I then used P38 for the filler, this is with 2 layers and a slight sand)
So thats what i have done thus far... will keep you updated.
I will be spraying the panel, i was wondering what the out come of spray cans be??
Also still looking for help on getting out the window, any help much appreciated.
