I'm buying a set of 4, 195x45x15. I know nothing about tyres, all i know is i had eagle f1's on the 206 and they were pretty grippy.
Price not a factor.

048R or 888 if you wanting grip and not worried about price/lasting for ages.
If they arent for you just stick with what you like, tried/tested

I've only expierenced the copies of them but i should think he's right, aquaplaning on them is savage enough on the road!
But in the dry, they stick like shit to a hairy blanket...

I'd buy the Eagle F1's again unless you had a specific reason not to

These have replaced the A539 haven't they. They are bloody cheap too, but if price isn't an issue I'd go with the F1s.

I used to love my A539's, so if the Parada's are the replacement, I'd say they will be half decent! But Eagle F1's if you're not on a tight budget.

Na i think it's the S-Drive AS01's that replaced A539's, just as good but tread pattern isn't as cool...
Parada's are still a higher end tyre me thinks.

Conti PremiumContact or PremiumContact2. They last for ages too. The Laguna's running on Dunlop Sport SP01 ATM which are good, but not as good as the Conti's.

I can never understand this, I've had Toyo's on my old Corsa and my two Nova's before that and found them to last ages, be very grippy in wet or dry and priced well.

Sorry but I had toyo TSR1's on my Clio they idnt last long and were diabolical in the wet end of!
Eagle F1's are bedding in now and are noticably firmer but grip so well even in the wet
