Yeah, i've just started a weight gaining suppliment. 2 a day, literally started them yesterday though. Are you on any?
I've been going properly for less than two months, and starting to notice a difference. Need more weight though, you're probably in a similar situation with the weight? Finding it near impossible to put it on
Taken pics out due to people being childish. Posted on another forum.

I've not used any weight gainers yet as im steadily putting on weight. I tend to have 5 or 6 small meals a day and one large one in the evening. Eating plenty of chicken, tuna etc..
I'm just starting on creatine tablets (MET-RX) Take 3 before and after each session. My mates been taking them and say they are really good and he has taken a lot of stuff over the last 2 years. Can definately see gains but was the second pic after a session and tensed?

Nice one, what kind of meals are you having between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and tea? Second pic was tensed, and not been to the gym today yet. I'll try find one from 4th july tensed.

Not really, just seems pointless replying when it's nothing constructive. Will you be posting pictures up?

Once again - how was it not constructive? TomTom asked a question, I answered it and he got the right answer - now IMO thats just about as constructive as it can get.
And no, I wont be posting pics. I have no reason to.

I'm on week 8 of trying to tone up / lose the belly
Doing the obvious of 5 / 6 meals a day and just watching my diet - EAT CLEAN
Only thing i've added is an unflavoured Whey. One when I first get up with milk then one as soon as I come out of the gym - this one with water
Noticed over the weekend really bad stretch marks on my arms and shoulders.
What sort of routine are you doing?
Recommend having a gander on http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/ - full of info / routines / diet recommendations etc etc

You big bunch of gays.......
Tbh....i'd quite like a six pack etc again, but i'm not a gym person!
I used to look fairly similar to Whittie when I was kayaking and competing regularly.....now I just look like mr average.
I just can't spend time in gyms as I have no motivation or patience and find it boring. Its easier for me to get fit/toned by doing some sport or something.

AdZ9 - I got it as recommended off by quite a few of the guys on MuscleTalk as it was my first time trying Whey.
Got 2 x 2.27 tubs for £24.99 - this is the stuff here
http://www.sports-nutrition.net/store.php?sub=3&id=66
Taking it with water tastes like watered down skimmed milk. I don't mind it when I've come out the gym, but I recommend using ice cold water.
With milk it tastes great but your obviously going to be increasing protein, fat etc
