It'll be to do with the surrounding area being empty at that time I would assume, easier for road closures etc.

There was a block of flats which were demolished in glasgow which is in tonights the bill.

You can watch it.... Meadow hall are leaving the car parks open... some food places in meadow hall are open late too... also if you wanna win the chance to press the button you can text towers to a number, not sure of it though..... go to the e-on website, it'll be on there.

Energy company E.ON, the owners of the Tinsley site, have organised a charity text raffle to find one person to begin the countdown. To enter simply text the word Towers to 82085. Each text costs £1, plus a one-off standard network rate*.

The money raised will be shared equally between Rotherham Hospice and Neurocare at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

It's not that far from me really, M1 will be closed from 32 to 35, the surrounding area is fields, a shopping centre and a motorway, so if anyone is walking about pissed up then they've made a long treck into the middle of nowhere.
