hey guys realisticlly how much would you be lookin at to convert a standard corsa b to a 2.0 turbo? talkin someone to supply and fit brakes, engine mounts shafts and hubs, the engine the gearbox wiring loom ecu etc... fir it all and get it running???

£2000 absolute minimum mate and thats assuming you find the lump and mechanic/garage cheap enough to do the work for you

yer beardy quoted me 1500.00 on an XE conversion.. gave him a ring other day but no answer.. hes quite local to me... dont have the money for it yet but wanting to know a rough price before i go hassling peoples mobiles haha

Rought prices for people to work off no matter where you go you looking :-

Drive in Drive away conversions

C20XE - 1000-1500
C20LET - 2000-2500

These can be done cheaper BUT its all about whats is about at the time along the lines of engines and parts. i have done XE conversions for 900-1000 in the past BUT that was "right place right time"

2k will be you supply engine and box he does everything else

its around 400.00-450.00 usually for an engine conversion just for labour.
with the let its gonna be about 800.00 for the engine and the rest will be for driveshafts brakes hubs etc... works out about right....
