This is the final paragraph from the ruling, Mr Mill is sheff, and Brindle is ours, they basically sum up they know they have assumed the whole thing, but still agree with sheff




2. In the light of our findings we do not need to address the other ways in which Sheffield United put its case before us. However, out of consideration for the able arguments which were put before us we should say that we would have had difficulty with some of the factual hypotheses on which Mr Mill for Sheffield United invited us to make findings. We would have been inclined to agree with Mr Brindle that the hypothetical exercises which we were being invited to undertake involved too much reliance on assumption and speculation. In the event, however, it is unnecessary for us to elaborate on the alternative ways in which the case for Sheffield United was put.

I didn't mind Warnock a few seasons ago as he was open about what he said and seemed more down to earth than other managers. You soon realise that hes a moaning bastard that can go and fuck himself though!

Appearance aside, if he were the chairman of your non-top flight club you'd love him. He speaks nothing but truth and has passion for the game and the club he supports.. something which is harder to find in a chairman nowadays.

The ruling may not have been for £30m, but they will be getting some form of compensation and if that statement on the BBC website is true, you've got knowhere to appeal and are therefore screwed and will have to pay something

Although i imagine an agreement will be made, probs around a half, to 2/3 of the amount mentioned
