Wheelbase are pretty useless when it comes to ordering the caps. They dont like you ordering them fullstop, one bloke said we cant get them in stock, one said they stopped selling them and the other just cut me off. They are about £37 each posted if they let you buy them. I waited 6 months and bought one for £12 posted
Apart from its got a silver centre and the rest are black

theyre 256mm... hes talking about 288 v6... its not the caliper that fouls its the pad against the wheel..
not the best pics but you get the idea..

so the caps are like rockin horse shit and theres a very high likelyhood they will catch on the 288's am i better off just sticking with my SRi's?

well i enquired about the centre caps with speedline not too long ago and they can get them still.. as for the brakes.. depends what engine you have and are going for but 2.0 brakes i.e 256 should do the job..

ok mate thankyou for the info guys. im deffinetly going for the 288's coz there courtney sport ones and there cheap as chips and look amazing.
my 2 litre ones do stop me nicely at the moment but my disks are on the way out so i might aswell just upgrade and get everything for the same price as disks would cost me.

Do you really need 288mm discs?
I've got 2L's with Brembo discs and Red Stuff pads, braided hoses and 5.1 fluid and the brakes are fantastic.
So do you really want the wheels or the brakes the most?

how many times there are 2 types of speedline allesio 2s theres one with the back being square and another arched on the part that sits on your hub i should know when i got a set 2nd hand i ha had 2 of each and coulnd understand at the time why the back wheels wouldnt go on the front without fouling the inside of the caliper oviously that was the reason
