Can all involved please reply and state how it is that you paid, to what bank account and sort code or what alternative method and the date on which your letter requesting a refund was posted.
If you have already been refunded you may simply reply stating this.
This thread is not intended as receptive to contributions by those people not directly involved in the sale. Posts which I deem to be peripheral to resolution of the situation will result in an indefinite ban. No correspondence will be entered in to.

i know the Luke, the post was to Ian, as it look's like he's thinking the ref your using is "Your Username" and not your acctuall user name

I don't want to know what Dave told you, I know that. I want to know what you did. So if you used the reference 'Ian', write that you used the reference 'Ian'.
The bank are not going to do the work for you of working out what the reference is that you used.
Those people who have done a bank transfer also have records of this through their own bank. It would be helpful if you could edit and put the copy from your outgoings with time and date as well as the reference. If this includes an account number, trim it down so that you only include the last three digits.

I paid by bank transfer for 2 sets of Depos plus delivery to just the one address - £132.00. According to my online statement, transfer went through on the 28th April.
