this is how I see this picture on my monitor, look at the vignette how fucked up it is, im unsure how bad it will look to you as you are looking at it on a good monitor, not sure if you can see all the different coloured blocks I can see in the top right corner above the address bar

A screenshot only takes a picture of what the computer is TRYING to display, not what the monitor is ACTUALLY displaying.

I think its new PC time moitors are well dear arnt they? I may as well just buy a full new PC for around the £350 mark?

Why not ? I had that issue on mine and realised i didnt have the graphics card drivers installed

I just picked up a cheapy hd monitor from www.ebuyer.co.uk for £92 delivered, 21" widescreen

Matt,

Please check your contrast setting and brightness.
You may have the set down for reasons like, CS's pages are really bright etc...

Its ok as i only use it for work, i cant find the 21" but the 19" is on this page about 4 or 5 down....The Hannspree One

If you are doing picture editing etc don't get a £90 quid 21" monitor, it'll be nasty.
