Looks good on TV ads but it has no wifi and only a 3.2 mp camera.
I'd try and go for Samsung Pixon or LG Renoir.
Or nokia N85?

Heard today that teh devices speaker fails if you are on the phone for longer than 10 minutes!
So my advice is that if you talk for more than 10 minutes dont get one at present.

I'd personally avoid the iPhone...
Either Samsung Omnia, LG Renoir, or the SE Xperia X1.
Or the HTC TouchHD (very similiar to Xperia, but has better camera, no flippy keyboard...)

Just ordered a Blackberry Storm. Looks good for £35 a month IMO. I'm not too bothered about the absence of wi-fi as I used 3G all the time anyway.
One thing though, on the vodafone site it says it's got enough memory to hold 4000 mp3's but it's only got 1gb hasn't it? Is it referring to the memory it would have if you had a 16gb SD card?

Probably.
All companies seem to be bending the truth - like the DVB-M on the N96. It doesn't even work in this country, yet they keep advertising mobile TV, which will quite frankly be a bit rubbish/slow via 3G would it not?!

tbh, to me TV is instant. They should say 'TV streaming' or something, as that is essentially what it is.

Ah, I hope so. That would be good.
BTW, is it true that the Storm can be synced with itunes?

i didnt get any memory card in the box, vodafone direct might chuck one in but i got mine at p4u. am i right in thinking they want you to trade in your n95? i got my storm free and £90 cashback from them.
so far very impressed with the phone, takes time to get used to and has some bugs but i imagine the upgrades will fix that

ill get flamed for saying it-but it is very good.
3.2mp camera, cool UI, works with itunes, removable battery, good apps for it that are actually useful, and instant email etc.
very good phone.
