Trying to move over to BT, but Easynet and cocked up BIG TIME

Might be off out to buy a 3G PAYG SIM today to send emails and the like

When BT and talk talk fucked us about we was without the net for 6 weeks

And we wasnt even changing contracts they just fucked up by confusing our home number with someone elses

It's a bit better than that here.

With BT Residential you talk to India, BT Business is located in the UK with a call centre full of the cheriest staff in the world that actually call you back if you ask them to.

0800 number as well.

Easynet have supplied the wrong MAC code.

I spent a hell of a long time sorting ours out on the phone to india's finest. He was called Stuart appartenly
