any sales on ebay are all legally binding and if the sale doesnt go through for the reason above then the buyer should contact ebay or legal services to ensure the sale carries through

he sent me a refund after a week! as above he seems 2 mess every1 about and shud b kicked off ebay, but i was tryin 2 highlight that he is a bad tradesman and u cnt see any feed back scores on here so many people wudnt no!
