Never heard of any milkshakes that make you go metal in the gym.

Why not try stabbing yourself in the heart with a shot of adrenaline I hear that can make you go a bit mental

PHd Wired is very good, have only taken it a few times... or as Jamie said, a good hit of caffeine pre-workout is always a winner..

wow no shakes will make you go mental lol, its more about pyschological feeling rather than what you inject as to how "mental" you want to go.

good bit of heavy music works a treat

failing that take some creatine and convince your self its working nothing like the placebo effect for some wonderfull pyschological states.

Jamie was answering the initial question which was asking for something to give an energy boost before starting the workout, there was no mention of weight/muscle gain which would involve the creatine you suggested.

Can you read? He said creatine isn't a shake. My answer was that you can get it in a shake.

Creatine comes in all kinds of variants mixed with other things and will help you train harder at the gym.

He asked for a shake. A banana isn't a shake. I was only answering the question.

PHD Synergy. Creatine + Protein in one.

Its in form as a shake, can add milk or water.

Makes you train harder, plus increases your intake of protein.

So you cannot put a banana into a shake?

My answer was not a shake. I was merely giving my opinion of something that helps me pre-workout.

Why am I being a cunt? You're the one thinking you're funny.

If you can't read properly because you tossed the towel in on your education so you could work in daddies model shop that's hardly my problem.

Get a grip Arnie

Yes, I've realised my reply is probably to the wrong Jamie.

No I can't, puts me on a par with yourself though. Nobody denied creatine can be used as a shake. Jamie agreed with you saying that a can of red bull and a banana isn't a shake. At no stage did he say it was a shake either.

You are being a cunt
