yeh good idea, let the dirty needels start to circuliat (sp) around the streets of the uk. Im sure this will help stop the spread of aids and other disease

Putting the adicts in prison doesn't solve the problem. Plus the cost of Aids drugs is enormous!

It wasnt meant to turn into a 'why dont so and so shop them'

I was curious as to where they got them. Im not a druggie, nor do i associate with any - so didnt know.

You asked why drug councillors don't report regular visitors to clinics

The clinics are state run and are there to serve the addicts, not unless it's a giant trap and they're going to snare them all eventually 'gotcha haha'.

It's been answered then you asked another question?

I think this can be thread can be held up as a symbol of why drugs will continue to be a problem here. There's a chronic lack of education on the subject.
