We missed him at T in The Park but we had only heard bits of him before going, realised we missed an opportunity after seeing him on TV a few times after that

I really like the Doghouse Music one.. thats pretty raw and his newest one is good but you can tell he has higher production values now

To anyone acquiring an album, go onto youtube and see his live performance on Jools Holland first of all. He's easier to 'get' when you see the sound he produces live from meagre instruments

No offence meant to anyone, bu t i just dont see the attraction, i think his music is, although emotional, could somewhat be likened to the emo band practicing in their parents garage...about what they have done, where they want to go, the trouble they have seen etc....and most the time is incohent warbling doing absolutely for me !
Or am i missing the point of him being a hobo ?
