Of course they aren't a problem when they are making money from you, it's when it comes to any warranty issues the problems start.

Been waiting for my replacement ballast that I sent to them on the 12th December. Starting to think I'm not getting one back.

I had my first kit from them which blew a bulb, I emailed them and sent a message through eBay and heard nothing so eventually rung them which sorted the issue out in 4 days which wasn't toooo bad...

yeah i had issues with hids direct not replacing a bulb, said it was my fault and id used them for too much,i hadthem 4 months. others i know have been fine with him though, h4 hi low is what you need. 4300k is the best imo, 8k too blue, 6k still a bit too blue for my liking

6000k bulbs are not bad people say they are too blue but mine are fine, when you turn them on they are a bit blue but after a few seconds they turn very white really.

6k looks whiter than 4.3k

That is the silliest reason I've ever heard, are they not there to be used?
It took them 3 weeks to replace a faulty bulb that my kit came with, bunch of monkeys.

dont take that chart as gospel.

the 6k on there is no where as white as what they usualyl are...

6k is nearly the equivelant of the 8k
and 8k is same as their 10.

i have 5k on my seat from hids4u and i wouldnt recommend anything other than that temperature.

dont ahve any pics to hand but they are crystal white with a very very slight tint of light purpley blue at angles.

could compare them to the new civic xenons...
