Hi, here is another project of mine its was my cheap run around and still will be just a bit more "lively" (20xe). Reasons for it, Tax just ran out so it is easier as i'm not wasting tax + will need new one once delcared, cause i want to and i had a "cracking" noise on the brakes so i thought i would have a look and see, and i found 3 of the 4 brake booster mounting points are rotten, so i decided to fix him.
Already done before conversion
G-maxx streetline (or whatever they're called) 60mm - Fitted
Few Pictures of my progress:
Let me know what you think!!

here's a few pictures from today:
New "rims"
Some of the wiring:
I got one wire left (Pic 2) over now which is (xe loom) Blue/red which normally is fuel pump feed but because i'm using a GTE loom its Blue (as shown on Picture Below via autodata)
What do i do with this left over wire? is it unused?
I also found that because its a GTE loom i have no coolent temp sensor wire, i will have to run my own and that the switched live isn't black its black/yellow shown on pic 2 and autodata below:
Do i get rid of this, the plug is part of the old 1.4 loom
Unsure what to do with this its off the corsa starting loom by the starter motor?
Also the corsa starting loom has the connection for the dizzy but i have this plug part of the xe loom, what do i do with it now?
Cheers Sorry about all questions, I want to re-write a upto date how to once i sorted it all out, as the "vauxsport" one seems abit out of date.

Got more done today, Nearly finished wiring sorted gear linkage got all gears. started to fit exhaust although i need to make a pipe to go from my manifold to centre box.
Only one wire left which is blue/red which is for the vehicle speed sensor on autodata so i'm guessing i don't need this?
Finally found the random 2 plugs!
Getting there:
And the reason i'm making a new front pipe is because this crap pipe came on my black corsa which was XE'd when i bought it. This is where i got the mounts, shafts, hubs etc
I need to order a slim line fan, i was going to get one from ebay unless theres a better place to get one from?
Cheers Dale

Got more done tonight, Sorted the exhaust so i'm happy with it, it may not be the best but it works and it cost me nothing
The joining section before:
The reason why i modified it was because it was facing the rear mount and the one i had from the black Xe'd corsa didn't line up correctly. the picture below is of a standard GTE manifold:
Little extension:
Compared to standard manifold:
And the finished item, was all set up and tacked on the car:
