Cruise liners work. Private yachts work. Private jets work. Why wouldnt this work?

Personally think their is a need, a usefulness and it could be practical.

It wouldnt (if its true or not) stay up 24/7 - it would go to different places - again much like a cruise, private jet or yacht.
