For dinner ive just had waffles and chicken burgers

For tea Ill be at work, but might drop by the Chinese on the way home, I need more cholesterol

I just had scrambled eggs on toast.


This gives me:

26.9 grams of protein,
32 grams of carbs,
18.2 grams of fat.

Total of 399 calories.


(i thought i'd geek the thread up a little bit since i had the information to hand )

I plan ahead, so i know exactly what i'm having and when.

Heres a my meal plan for today.

Doesn't take any effort at all really.

Just 2 mins of copying and pasting things on Excel till i get the right balance.
