For dinner ive just had waffles and chicken burgers

I just had scrambled eggs on toast.

This gives me:

26.9 grams of protein,
32 grams of carbs,
18.2 grams of fat.

Total of 399 calories.

(i thought i'd geek the thread up a little bit since i had the information to hand

)
