"He has since been arrested on suspicion of taking a car without consent."
Bit difficult to charge that when he died isn't it?

Nobody could even suggest that the police caused the accident.
He had lost the Police, they lost sight of him but he lost control.
If he'd had his seatbelt on this would have ended in a foot persuit.

That's the other occupant of the car.. All occupants are accountable for TWOC

I dont understand why people dont wear their seatbelt.
I feel naked without it and if anyone sits behind me in the car i make them wear theirs or they walk.

someone will moan saying they shouldnt have tried to pull him over forcing him to run from the police you know what people are like they think that because a picture of their house is online it makes people want to break into it

I didnt realsie all occupants get done for TWOC?
Fair rule though as anyone in a stolen car can't really say they didn't know most of the time.

cant see how people could have sympathy for him imo of course.
16 Been arrested 24 hours before for stealing the car so even though being done for it once still decides to do it again
driving at 130oddmph (no consideration of others around (ie mate in car or other road users).
tbh he got what he deserved im just glad he didnt hurt anyone innocent apart from the lampost he hit.
I imagine he's kicking himself though (obviously if he could ) i bet he wished he'd of just gotten arrested again... although im sure he'd of done it again and it could of been a different story.

Dying at a young age meant he couldn't steal more cars, win win.

Its a simple case of natural selection... he was a dumb fuck and he's been eliminated. I have no sympathy.

Im sure a statment will come out saying how "he was a good lad and never got into trouble and this was very unlike him"
When really he was a little scroat, and a waste of breathable air. Imagine how much work he's saved the police force in the future and how much of our taxpaying money will no longer need to be spent on his timewasting life.
Yeah, im harsh, but so was the lamposthe hit.

As much of an Idiot he was his parents have still lost their child, a family has basically been destroyed and all you lot can do is say thats what he deserves.
So hes foreign and got a different name to his dad makes him a bad person
Ive got a different name to my dad but I haven't stolen any cars.

Turn the tables... lets say he survived and someone innocent had died, what would you think of him then?
Yes true a family has been destroyed, but that's their loss to deal with. If he was my brother I would have mixed feelings - very upset to have lost him but also very pissed off and disappointed with his actions. I would question why other people would be feeling sorry for me or him if they didn't know him personally.
How dare he risk other people's lives for a moment of stupidity? I think he's a very lucky young boy to be honest. At least after their loss, the family can be safe in knowing that the boy didn't cause others the same upset.

Parent are partly to blame for not providing a better moral base when bringing up their child.
We've all done naughty stuff, but stealing your own dads car, the day after you've been arrested for taking another car....
Would you be so polite if he'd mowed down your parents in a car accident and killed them? What about the innocent people he could have killed? What about his two (clearly clever great friends) if they would have been killed>???
Check the bigger picture.
