Had tablets earlier and fancy some southern comfort now. Is it ok to mix the two? Checked online and read - Paracetamol
Paracetamol does not interact with alcohol when taken in recommended doses. However, if you have liver problems, either from drinking alcohol or other causes, you should contact your GP for advice on the choice of a suitable painkiller.

Can anybody clarify?

dont do it
but paracetemol and booze just gets you VERY drunk VERY quick

Ive read if you have paracetamol with alcohol it can have bad effects on your liver

Yes, John, that's obviously what it means. I'm not quite sure how you figured that out, but you are a genius, just don't tell my Mum I stole her alcohol.

Never drank after taking paracetamol, don't know the side effects, I merely asked if it was ok.

if you have like a pint or 2 its not going to do anything but if you take paracetemol and then go out to get pissed.. clubbing for example then thats when you start to have the problems

my mates (however stupid and cheap ass it is) used to take paracetemol befor they went out on a night drinking .. get them pissed cheaper

very bad idea but thats liverpool for you haha
