How did you get caught? Were you pulled over and issued a ticket? If not, how do you know you were caught?

If its 92 in a 60 then you'll probably go to court & face a ban.

Knowing UK court system probably quite a while!!

You'll probably end up waiting longer to go to court than the actual ban itself!!

Ah, then aye they think it's serious enough to take it to court. You may get away with 3-6 points and a hefty fine. If you can prove that you need your car for work, or show remorse for your actions.

The fella in GC was averaged at 114, got 2 week ban and £100 fine. His court date took ages to come round, months iirc

A guy I know who does the same job as me was facing a ban so sold his car thinking thats it!! Went to court & got only a 2 week ban & he was working offshore the full 2 weeks of the ban!! He was a bit pissed off that he sold his motor for that!!

I wouldnt worry too much!!
