Brazil 1 up at the moment through a freak long range effort by Dani Alves, anybody watching this game on Sky Sports 1?

Prediction: 2-1 Brazil, although Uruguay are the better side at the moment.

Just turned it over, was watching Ireland pick up a good draw in Bulgaria. Park looks a mess!

Yes, looks like something The Granton Star Cause would play on Sunday mornings.

Just because it's been used all season or something? I know grass must get a hard time in that climate as it is.

How peculiar was that

Guy should have buried the first header and got a second chance 2 seconds later. Quality of the ball is superb right enough.

Juan wasn't even marked either header, so they deserved to concede tbh. 2-0 get in there!!

He's pretty quiet upto yet though, just basic pass and move as usual, not much flair.

Argentina are on straight after, that won't live upto this game though.

Aye I've not really being paying attention tbh just seen that 1 run he made. I reckon from a rolling start he must be up there with 100m runners, his turn of pace is frightening.

Oh yeah, definately got the speed, he is more of a Gerrard type of player than a CR7.

Alves' goal was a freak long range effort that bounced funny infront of the GK.

Juan's was a rocket header 8 yards out, unmarked though.

Luis Fabiano blasted the GK's head off almost into the roof of the net.

Kaka scored a penalty.

Fabiano goal was a belter, top drawer finish and flawless football leading up to it.

He's becomming a world class striker very slowly, going unnoticed to the rest of Europe also.

Fabiano has played many times for Brazil and has scored many good goals, but as you say, has gone un-noticed in Europe. He's still unknown as of yet but wait until next year, after the WC he'll have a 20+million price tag on his head.

17 goals in 27 games is pretty good.
I think he could just work on his whinging at the referee's though.

I'm not sure Richie, I think Barca were/are eyeing him up to replace Eto'o if he goes.

It'll be interesting to see whether Eto'o goes. It seems to have been mooted quite a lot but I'm sure I read a while ago about him not wanting to leave Barca.
