Need to source an exhaust reducer from somewhere that will actually fit before I take my car to the garage so they can change the wheel bearing I already changed it but obviously not very well

thats kidney stones I think, these ones I might poo out.

Basically the GP should reccomend drugs in the first instance to flush them out, if that doesnt work then they will want to remove my gallbladder which is one of them organs you dont need, apparently

more of a fear of living without them, they relax your stomach/bowel muscles so regardless of what I eat I dont get the 3 day killmenowplz stomach aches.
