hmmmmm, our new customers have afew members of staff that feel they aren't getting IT support, i'll just outline afew of their issues.
firstly, some of them are still ringing the old IT guy's mobile phone. okay, good luck with that
secondly, people are complaining about issues outside our control, ie the email hosting company not allowing us to send .docx files. there are afew problems with this, the hosting company won't take the block off .docx files and your directors won't let us change hosting companys. we suggested zipping files, but you can't be arsed to do that can you?
when asked to provide any other specific examples, none could come up with anything. i'm really starting to hate this company, most of the users are bureaucratic morons, they're like teachers only they have all day to complain as they haven't got a class to teach.

no, we used to have afew private schools that we supported. then my boss is friends with an IT guy that supports 4/5 schools and we tend to do servers etc for them. they have meetings to discuss what they're going to discuss in further meetings ffs. the bureaucracy in schools is hilarious

Just some paintwork on a few areas.
Particularly the drivers door where its been broken into & hd a bad repair before, well not to my standard anyway.

Well, me and my brother carried the multi-gym (still loaded with all the weights  ) down from his room and into the gym room last night. Then i've got a rowing machine, exercise bike and my cast iron weights.
Also gonna stick my old TV & stereo in there.
