Affter I wrote a reply I noticed its in the trash can, but i'm curious so i'll still reply.....

Also why would you protest legal action and want yourself to be banned opposed to your friend?

and they can do what they want they own the club they have the right to refuse service to any one regardless of reasons.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to buy alcohol for someone you know is under-18, also pretty sure it's illegal for someone under-18 to drink it.

So yeah, you should both be barred, as it's at the managers discretion.

Also, Fosters is a gay drink.
