Sounds like some dodgy wire...

Crack the voltmeter out - Check the actualy fuel pump for live and ignition live, check the fuel relay on the thick blue/red wire... Check the black ign Live wire on the loom for power, check the Ring terminal on the end of the loom by the fuel relay is connected ok to the loom... ?

Or just test it with a volt meter before hand - Also, if you turn the ignition on, and listen to the pump under the back seats, it should be whirring away anyway...

One of them prob goes into the ECU does it?

One should be loose - Earth it - Or try both... It'll make your Diagnostic light flash up with the codes

The code will go 3 times, then it'll throw the next code up if there's more..

IS that the only code coming up? - Perhaps you have a broken wire for the crank sensor..?

The crank sensor code will come up 3 times, then there may be more codes - Perhaps there's more than one, but because it won't start, the codes won't disappear..

doubt it will be the cts,is the timing correct and all the leads on the right plugs?also remove the pipe that comes from the icv to the eco tec pipe and then try starting it.
