Possibly not all that interesting right now. But I've been tidying up my workshop today. Gave the walls a paint a while back, and today I painted the floor. I removed all the electrics because the lights were filthy and needed re-fitting with their covers on them and the wall sockets are going to be fitted in different places using some better trunking. I think I'll use the plastic pipe style conduit for the electrics, and when I plumb the compressor in again I'll use plastic pipe with press fittings as the old copper stuff always leaked! (Down to my bad plumbing skills...)
Back in the day before it got painted first time round
Then after the first paint job
Today
Hopefully I'll be painting the bricks around the edge of the floor tomorrow and making the framework up for the new workbench which will span the width of the workshop at the far end...

It's a sweeper for sweeping the yard up on the farm. Not all that good, and a broom does a better job
Corsa's getting there. I'm going to try and get some bodywork done in the next week or so

Most of it has been put in the bin now I've painted the bricks round the edge and started on the doors. It's raining now and it's no fun painting in the rain...

The painted floor is ace. Really easy to sweep up because it's sealed. I'm happy

Done some more work now too. I need a helper really and a trip to get some more stuff to get the electrics back online, put the lights up and put the workbench up. But, no rush...
Finished the painting:
Put up the paper towel dispenser and a hook for my airlines:
Tomnova16 gave me some really big posters, so I put those up too. They have been rolled up for a long time, but I think if I leave them to hang then they will sort themselves out after a bit:
Some of you might notice I've even found some more stuff for my Corsa (door and a bonnet). Like everything else on that car, it was scrap destined for the bin

Couldn't remember if you screwed your ones down at the bottom too. Might have to do that. The geek in me wanted to put up the Turbo posters the other way round because it's pictures of engines, turbos and power graphs
Could put up the pressed badges, but that might be taking it a bit far

Can't help but think that I need to try and get my hands on a Vauxhall banner. They are proving hard to get hold of and I have no friends who work for Vauxhall to steal promo material for me
Need to get some covers for the lights. I found the ones originally intended for the workshop, but they had been put on some other lamps in another room...
