Got passports, flights, hotel bookings, theme park tickets sorted this week.
Still need to get currency, pack........what else?
Mum mentioned something about a European healthcare card?  We are going to Salou in Spain, so anything else that needs sorting please post up so I can look into it on my day off

No need to change currency, Salou is british territory and they accept euros or sterling.

Apply for the european health card at the post office or possibly online. When are you going? Cos getting the card isn't instant.
Check if your bank account has travel insurance included too! Some do!

I got one of these when i went away 2.5yrs ago, to spain, its jsut a peice of mind so worth getting and it lasts quite a long time mine runs out 2012

went tenerife last year, factor 8 piz buin was something like 22 fecking euros for a small bottle

Tropics, it was like the main club when i went a few years ago! Nice little place. I stayed in fanals ( i think its called) its a few hundred meters down the road. Stayed in a wikied hotel. Set back at the top of the hill with the mountins in the background. Cant remeber the name but looks posh and its big and white
