Im fedup of sh1te convoys where everyone gets lost. I might try to do my own cruise, already thought of lots of ideas on how to correct everyone elses problems which means the cruises wont work.
*No-one seems to plan the routes, check them for roadworks etc.
*Traffic Lights, people get thru them, sod the rest of the cruises
*No decent convoy leaders who make sure everyone follows them and not goes racing off.
*only a few people in each convoy knows the location
Who thinks i should arrange my own formal cruise (non legal)? Depends what interest i get, from here, and from word of mouth from other websites.
I've got sh1tloadsa ideas, but what do u lot want from a cruise? Convoys, etc. Let me know on here. I might start fishing for some decent locations.

The problem is no-one can know the cruise location for obvious reasons.
I think i could arrange a cruise, and get EVERYONE there. My only problem is the location, but then i maybe sorted there as theres a massive industrial estate outside Dartford called Crossways. Biggest ind estate in europe or summit.

It would be at night or else everywhere would be full with shoppers etc. I would love to do a daytime cruise, but given the way police are nowadays, i can't really see it happening
Wouldn't be a sunday, would be a saturday night. And Southends only 40 min drive from Dartford.

Nahh, Billing wouldn't let a cruise take place. They also need the contact details for me to arrange it, which mean's i'd be cought out.

IMHO, I would have thought a daytime cruise would be better received by the Police as they would be able to see people better and realise that they're not "performing wheelies" in their cars.

I would prefer a daytime cruise.
Hmmmmm, wonder if taking a trip to local PC station and arranging it with them. Police presence, stop any people ruinging the meet, and jsut lots of cars, music etc.
Just finding a location out the way of everything n everyone.

Haven't heard anything, my mate with the Saxo arranged the Reading cruise about a year ago and had the Police around his house, threatening to take him to court, they got hold of his mobile and rang it pretending to be a cruiser and wanted to know where the cruise was, they followed him along the M4 and pulled him over 3 times in the space of 10 miles.
They now pull him over at every given opportunity.
