Posted on another site, what do people think of this? I think it's daft 1st and foremost, but can appreciate the serious work that's gone into it. Road noise must be a killer though... :

You'd have to be a special kind of numb to even think about doing that

You say you can appreciate the work that's gone into it, how? They've made a car that realistically is undriveable and it also looks shit.

I'm guessing they've cut out the rear so they can make it go that low? How utterly pointless when it just looks broken

I think rat look is a very fine look to get right, I think most have some character to them (asrat for example) done as a mess about. But then there is examples like this golf which is trying waaaaaay to hard

It looks like something you'd pull up from the sea in a scavenge.. and then leave on the shore.

looks cool imo probably one of the only aircooled cars along with the watercooled stuff that can get away with that styling.

It's basically a spaceframe with a golf chassis on so that they can do that with the back. If you can't appreciate that you've not got a clue what's involved.

By spaceframe you mean some box section and a welder.

Spaceframe with a lot of work to appreciate is something like that focus that was crashed the other day, totally different.

One requires skill that can be appreciated, this doesn't.

Yeah that doesn't look like a space frame, that looks like a hole where the boot used to be and some box section.
