Really, really, disappointed.

Was well looking forward to hearing Wonderwall, Dont Look Back in Anger, and various other decent songs that they're clinging to to keep up their fame, for another 20 years to go along with the previous 15.

they were good in the 90's but now all their new stuff sounds the same, they havnt re-invented themselves enough to stay on top. best to quit while they are ahead really.

I imagine a lot on here will be too young to get the full picture in regards to oasis and the explosion of indie, to experience it fully that is. I'm 25 and I reckon I was a few years too young to really get the proper effect when they were at their best.

I saw them live a few weeks ago and they were crap. Don't get me wrong, I loved them in their hey day, but there are far better bands out now.

I'm 27 and remember them in there heyday. Where good back in the 90's and I remember a few times where they 'split'.

I liked a few of their songs and some I really hated, Noel and Liam as individuals come across as wankers but who really wants to get pestered by the media in the manner they do?

I'm a nice chap, I like my own space, but I would be a cunt to any media papparazzi if they bothered me.

Having said that, the news that they've split hasn't affected me at all, not sad nor happy.
