Anyone work with kids?

1 of my part time jobs is looking after the kids at an after school club in my village..at the primary school

fairly easy.. just play games and football with them

Im going to to a NVQ Level 2 in childcare so I can get pay rise / more hours

btw, we have a 'sick joke thread' so any jokes, post in there

Don't work with them, but have 2 of my own, my ex is a nursery worker from 6months-5 years, she's always tired all the time.

Why does Will Doyle like twenty five year olds?

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

I've got a 3 year old and I used to run afterschool clubs and volunteer in a primary school.
My mrs works in a nursery with 0-2 year olds and will have finished her level 2 NVQ next month.

My only advice would be think it through, is this really what you want to spend the rest of your life doing? Seems to be at least once a week you start a thread asking for advice on random careers.
If you go through with it be prepared for long hours and shit pay

GF has level 3 and works in a nursery. Childcare is more a female thing tbh.

Always a brightside though, if you hate it you can always put it on your cv along with web designing and wedding shop experience, washing cars and asking people on a car forum to do your design homework for you

You going to have the time in between selling t-Shirts, making websites, selling wedding dresses, applying for loans, lying about your age and posting shit on 100's of forums?

I'm imagining a kid on a stool wearing a wedding dress with Doyledrum amending the seams

Of course he will have a printed t shirt on over the dress too.

I worked with kids (primary age) last year and loved it, kids are lovely (when they aren't your own!)

I work with secondary age kids out, although polite, are smelly and boring (boys)
