A copy of a prospectus G&H were pushing around rich individuals looking for investment back in March has been leaked onto the net. Various people had seen it back then and leaked various details but this is the full copy.
Some wont be interested, but some interesting points in it....
- They are looking to lower the bank debt by £95m, from £245m to £150m via £45m of investment (from both a new investor and/or G&H), and £50m from a PIK loan (basically a loan where the interest it not payable year on year and only is due at the end of the 5yr term) - this PIK loan will probably come from G&H themselves.
- £150m of bank debt will be paid down year on year to £55m come 2014.
- £20m min net spend on players a season
- 72k seater stadium being built which in its first season would increase revenue by £80m. It doesnt give a time line on the build but does mention something about a new £39m loan for the new stadium so guessing thats for the initial start up.
Anyway, here it is if you want to look yourself...

Same difference, PL, League titles, First Division, whatever you want to call it.
Same with Carling Cup, Milk Cup, etc.
Champions League, European Cup, etc.

No, no investor would be stupid enough to believe that as Arsenal have already won it.
What is it with you and the member with the stupid username not being able to remember this?

Doesnt say incremental revenue of £80m... just says the stadium woukd pull in £80m in its first season
Be surpirsed if it pulled in an additional £80m as we make the most of any PL teama and IIRC we dont make near that muich (obv 12k more at Liverpool but thats loads more at Utd and we still rake in more duie to the ridiculous prices)
interestign article tho

Yes, this is true actually, Looks like it would doubt what our current stadium brings in from roughly £40m to £80m...this is ignoring further sponsorship opportunities though Id guess.

Interesting. Legal day 1 of the combined Bank of America Merrill Lynch was 1st Jan 2009. Guess we were still marketing ourselves as ML at that point.

They are from the 2009 report, the 2008 one says...
United 92.5m
Arsenal 90.6m
Chavski 74.5m
Liverpool 38.4m

That is interesting, as one guy has suggested a lot of these figures were from 2008 and not March 2009 - so that could back this up!
