just got home to find carpet in my bedroom water logged, shit myself and thought it was a burst pipe under the carpet, ripped up all the carpet and underlay and cut out the carpet, ripped out the floorboards and all OK.

after some investigation turns out my PS3 has been overheating and has been leaking all down onto the carpet, funny thing is the ps3 has been playing up last few days and now i know why. When i picked the PS3 up water came out the bottom of it

so now going to have to empty whole room out and fit new carpet. Nice.

ps3 is fudged i think yea, well it was working earlier but kept freezing and stopping, i suspected it was overheating? obviously it has built up a shit load of condensation or something, has only happened in last day or two.

lol , the ps3 was soaked underneath, im not even joking it had all been running down the back of the table it was on. I have put it in airing cupboard to dry out. I shit you not i have never seen anything like it

the ps3 is about 2 and a half foot up next to my tv on the other side of the room. Honestly it was very very weird, must have been doing it for some time too i think.

you can see where the ps3 was , its where the wires are on the unit, water was all underneath it on there and had run down side of the drawers onto the carpet, very bizarre indeed.

mate, im telling you the ps3 sits on there with the TV and thats it, it gets used for nothing else. The PS3 had been playing up last couple of days too. its only when i lifted up the ps3 it was soaked all underneath. I can only assume maybe the ps3 is overheating and causing a shit load of moisture build up
