TBH its a bit ridiculous, he apparently groped a woman then broke her nose whilst out drunk when she turned him down - BTW he was out celebrating his missus being pregnant

But Barton had numerous previous on his record and got 6 months.

He has to sign on the sex offenders register for the next 7 years

Is being recommended he serves half his 18month sentence, but guess he will be out in about 6 months.

must have conclusive evidence then as he was pleading not guilty wasn't he? probably why they have been so harsh with him. he'll be out in time for the birth of his kid.
