abit sad really, like that photo of the motorcyclist that hit the back of a lorry, his helmet got stuck in the back and he looks like he's stood up, when in fact he's very dead

Roof doesnt look like its removed enough for him to go up through it, and cant see how he would of got such height given how the car looks to of crashed.

He could of been on a bike or something that got hit by the car?

You can spin in the air that much the centrifugal forces can throw you out the window and very far away.
My guess is he rolled it somehow and the car came to a stop by hitting the post.
