Well i thought i would make a project thread, it's the first one i have ever made.
The car in all its glory:
So far i have only done 5 minutes alterations, except for the subs which took sligtly longer.
Rear Wiper and Irmy Boot Surround
Slated Grill
Boot Build
Plans for the car are:
60mm Drop all round
V6 Brakes on front
Maybe Rear Discs
Source either another tigra wheel or buy two new tyres for irmy wheels
Replace front glass on depos and fit
Source Two Electric Red Mirrors
Get fiberglass bonnet resparyed red and fit
Find replacment near side wing and door
Get Arches and Plastics on bumpers sprayed Vauxhall black or colour code
And maybe fit this:
Depends weather i believe i can do it everything is there to fit straight into a corsa, its just do i believe i can do it.

Course you can do it
Try and source an F13 gearbox from a 1.4 corsa sport though

Update #1:
Finally did something, i ordered new tyres for the irmy wheels.
Proxes T1R's (195.50.R15)
They will be going on this set of wheels later today hopefully.
Update #2:
Got tyres fitted. Will paint and fit to car tomorrow if weather is good, and maybe she will be lower with V6 brakes.
Update #3
Painted the wheels today;
Not bad really for a first attempt at wheels, but will get done proberly at a later date.

Surely would of been a better idea of to have sprayed the alloys first then have the tyres fitted?

Why? so some tyre fitter could jam a crowbar in between the ally and tyre and scuff them?

I fit tyres every day and I've not once done that, also, you should have masked the tyres instead of getting loads of paint on brand new tyres.

I dont see why me painting the wheels with the tyres on is a problem for everyone, whats wrong with black paint on black tyres, do you complain when someone puts that black paste or w/e it is on the tyres after the cleaned it "hold up! black on black; no way".
Its done now anyway.

It's just a bit silly putting paint on brand new tyres, you can't compare tyre shine to paint either. No one does have a problem with it, they're asking a question.

Update #4.1
Finally going to be making some progress this month.
I've managed to get 9 days off; over my bday, from the 10th of Jan. So there is no excuse now for me not to put this engine in.
Things needed or to be done before the 10th are:
- Engine Crane (Buyin one tomorrow, just to lift the car)
- New Downpipe
- Spark plugs
- Oil Filter
- 5w30 Oil
- Anti-Freeze
- New Sump plug instead of X16XE plug
- New Clutch if going to use F13 gearbox (Will need to figure out how to use with 1.8 flywheel)
- Figure out Wiring before anything goes in or out
- Remove rest of fuel lines from old car
- Good ridge brake Lines
- Dbilas Pulleys and X16 or Z18 cams (Not Important as of yet)
- Remove V6 Brakes from old car (Will need them)
And other's etc but cant remember

Well dont i need quite high lift X16's for them to work? and yea was gonna ask you if still had the Z18's.
If your still after £40 for the Cams how much would you want for fitting the Z18's and Pulleys?
