You all say 8kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk but it all depends how much someone wants a turbo'd 106 as as Daz has said if u bought a standard 106gti and put it to the spec the cost would go over 8k including the car so this is still a cheaper way to achieve that spec

Looks stunnin, best colour as well lol.
Good gtis still fetch upto £4k and you'd well over that for the turbo conversion with all those bits, I personally would spend £8k on a 106 gti as you can get a nice evo 7 for that now.

Have to agree to be fair just in comparison to what you can buy for 8k but then again nothing with that power and that much fun in such a small car bet it's an animal to drive

Would make more splitting it id say, or at least selling the engine etc and putting a standard lump back in. Lot of hassle though.

Lovely looking motor and they're beasts when turbo'd, but I agree £4k would be a fairer price. Maybe £6k if he's prepared to wait for the right person to come along.

these are on ebay fair enuf that gti has got more mods but i would rather pay these prices although both cars are ugly imo but still alot cheaper.especially the saxo

But the money is spent over time rather in one lump sum. Anyone who has modded they're car over time, if they had the money they spent altogether in one lump sum they would get alot better car to start with.

Why would they? Iv spent lost of money on my cars "over time" but its allways been to complete the car to what i want, if i was lookin for a track car personally i would be happy to pay good money for one rather that buildin one up an spendin half that money again. This is the sole reason why i never went to extreme with cars as people just arnt prepared to pay for anything
