hey all thinking about spraying my head lineing in my corsa, its gone all yellow and horrible so just want a quick fix just wanna see how fit has turned out for people who have done it

The Autoglym die Lee mentioned is just an aerosol one so very easy to use.
It will still make the fibres a bit hard, but not as much as painting it.

i've been thinking about doing this to mine for ages... i finnaly took it out the other night and im going to re trim it now instead as when u spray it the paint doesnt have a very good finish.. and re triming is quite cheap

yh i was thinking bout re-trifming it to but what do you use to make the material stick ?? because if its thin material then the glue will just seep through it

i dont know really i was going to ask the people im buying the material off... i was thinking of using spray adhesive that they use on carpets and stuff

i used that on some door card i had for my saxo though and the spray just dried all dodgey on it if its a thick material then it would be ok i think but if its a thin material then go for it, were ya getting your material from mate ??

just buy some black headlining, can of contact adheasive spray glue and do it yourself!
the headlining material is really ligheweight and flexiable so easy to use and sticks well cos its light!
prob cost you about 20-30quid

well when i done my door cards , well i ended up buying some new ones but ow well i had ago , i just got the materiel from one of them indian shops were they make the indian dresses and its like a £1 a metre but it is rely thin material

i went trimming crazy on corsabrava years back, roof, pillars, glovebox, seats, door panels, seats etc!





didnt even cost very much

prob got about 100+ colours, i bought the material first then send material off and got paint made to match colour! lol
it was from place called martrim in sandbatch, cheshire! not a big place but hundreads of roll of stuff, cost £5-7 at metre
the car

not flared out, made them from scrap metal myself!



same with fronts, all metal

np mate i love seeing people do the work thereself, im doing body repair atm at collage and im loving it i only want to do it because of dfoing my own cars but also once iv passed i can get a decent job but you have dfone a very good job with them mate
