Should have their licence taken off them same as anybody else who can't drive in the cold, that's just what to do, bail out of the car when jamming the brakes on doesn't work.

You say their driving was shit, granted they didn't turn in etc, but they stopped and the car continued to move. I don't see what they could have done to prevent it.

They could of stayed in the car is probably the point most people will make - the road may not of been so icy slightly further down and they could of braked without a problem.

They should have had the common sense to take the foot off the brakes, into first gear and steered it down the hill.
If they still crashed after that then fair enough, what they done in reality was total stupidity.

what was he thinking, id be trying to control it not gonna do much damage to yourself crashing at that speed, less than getting run over by your own car. Also anyone notice the people preferred to video it instead on putting up a sign or warning people?
