i was looking at a corsa d, but dont think i want to spend that much, my new plan is a corsa c until after college, then trade up to a d vxr.
i know the ecxlusive has lots of little touches like leather and the kit but dunno if i prefer the sri. id get an exclusiv in silver, and an sri in that dark blue colour
ecxclusiv

the sri im looking at

SRi is supposedly 15mm lower and has different shocks iirc.
I have a set of genuine Irmscher -30mm lowering springs here if you're interested. Makes the car sit a lot better and handle better but without altering the ride comfort much at all.

I like the sri styling, but the exclusiv has the leather which would be the decider for me you can always put the sri styling touches and suspension crap on later if you wanted.

Exclusive is just full leather all round with heated front seats, 1.4 engine and a front irmscher splitter and side skirts, irmscher exhaust, 16" alloys, sxi wing mirrors, plus you get the boring sxi front grills & not painted front & rear bumper inserts
SRi bigger engine upto 1.8, SRi wing mirrors (cost a bomb), shop around you get an SRi with CD changer and cruise control, You get better looking SRi lower grills remember you can get always full leather for a corsa anytime, sporty suspension, rear discs

Get the exclusiv and put some sri alloys on.
Insurance on the exclusiv maybe cheaper compared to the sri.

how much? would that then only lower the sri 15mm if its already 15mm lower?
id be getting a 1.4 sri. insurance on the 2 is identical. i like the mirrors and alloys on the sri much more but like the idea of the leather. tough decision

It lowers all C's by 30mm apart from the 1.8 and 1.7 diesel as they are heavier engines. Loads of people on CC|UK used to run them until they wanted to go lower using coilovers.
My 1.2 SXi used to sit like this on them:

Which also had the SRi shocks etc. Only done about 25k from new on them. Worth about £200 new from Vauxhall, I'm after £85 delivered.

SRi and put the leather in. Mines the 1.8 SRi, got the half leather from the SXi+, Air Con, Cruise Control, SRi mirrors, wheels, spoiler, Irmy splitter.
Depends what spec you can find what you like.

SRi looks better all round imo. Wheels, spoiler, mirrors, no rub strips, grilles.
