Its no slur on you. Just that leaving Burnley now would be mad. If he keeps them up he's a hero.

It would hardly be a step forwards. More a sideways one. Both are Championship clubs

Well come on, they rarely sell out do they. They aren't the only Premiership part timers in there. Also see Stoke, Wigan, Portsmouth, Hull and Wolves.

He'd have more money to spend at bolton I think and he's obviously a bit emotionally attached to them for some reason

I think it would take ALOT of time to get them playing like burnley imo.

tbh you all have a good point. i can see why people think it would be a bad move but i'm biased towards my club and i think it would be a good move. it's no secret that he's been unhappy with the resources he has at burnley and i think he would have plenty more at bolton.

we will have to wait and see what happens but i am really confident that it will be a done deal in the next few days. it would be nice to have a manager for the arsenal game!

I bet Burnley fans will quickly turn against him if he leaves. I think he'll go to Bolton.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/philmcnulty/2010/01/coyles_high_risk_move.html

So he wont move to Celtic out of loyalty but wil lgo to Bolton... nonsense or a reflection of the state of the scottish game??

I think it's probably the fact he wants to be in the EPL and he wants money to spend, and the fact he was at bolton for a period of time.

Mad, utterly mad.

And Nath I agree about Wigan, they shouldn't be in the Premier League when teams like Ipswich/Leeds/Newcastle/Forrest have massive fan bases and attract over 20k a week.

Will be ridiculous to move to Bolton. Isn't he a bit of a god at Burnley, yet he wants to throw all that away to Bolton. Asking for trouble.

Any manager worth their salt wants to be in the EPL at the minute hence why the best we could do is a manager that just got his team relegated from it.

I'm not so sure how long the EPL bubble will last before it bursts right enough but that's another subject altogether.

Championship is a stronger league. Soon the teams will be fighting to get relegated to compete in Europes strongest league.
