Slight predicament....

My brother works for BMW and my dad has just bought two trade ins he had on monday from him for what they were traded in for.

One is a 330ci 2002 BMW with 30k on the clock 1 lady owner and the other is a 2003 Audi A4 1.8 turbo with no MOT. This is all I know so far unfortunately. Will have both back at my dads house later for a closer look and more details.

Also either could be mine for around 3k

If they're both in front of you later then just look at them both, have a drive and make your decision. It doesn't matter what people on here think, both good cars.

There'll be people who can give you a 20 page list of problems on each, doesn't mean you'll encounter them.

Out of the two tho, if the A4 was totally standard looking, I'd pick the 330. Will be quicker standard too.

The amount of cars my brother texts me saying do I want this or this or this etc is unreal everyday! Both cars are easily worth well over 5k i think? Which is why my dad has bought them

thats the one, such an unbelievable piece of kit! Completely agree with you on the m series cars vs bmws with the same kind of power but cheaper etc from the other day.

Its not worth anywhere near £8k but clearly cheap at £3k. I nearly bought a 2001 325ci sport for £3700 the other day albeit higher mileage. In all seriousness though, are you looking for a new best friend Dan or maybe your parents are looking into adoption?

Got a M sport Estate thing turning up friday which is brand new for me mum, and my dads Viper is still to arrive, been far too long. Pictures will be up for all you non believers/ haters when it does!
