i got a Go Pro Hero HD camera off my girlfriend for christmas and today is the 1st time ive been able to use it due too snow and ice etc
anyway heres a small vid from today

quality is amazing, dunno if its the shadows but the jumps look massive, those rocks either side look abit tight aswell.

what bikes that on?
Friends got a helmet cam but the quality is no where near that.
What do you think of the kit? was thinking of buying one for track days etc

camera is awesome, im well impressed with it, im gonna be getting a rollcage mount for my mk2 golf for when i do track days in it.

im not too sure on life of it yet, as ive not used it enough for it to get low, but from what ive read it will last 2.5 - 3hrs, i'll wait and see for my self though.

Those tracks look excellent! Good quality video aswell, just have to make sure u dont end up falling off and breaking the camera... thats the only thing i'd be worried about.

the camera is in a plastic casing and "should" with hold a hardish smash.

Loving that. Looks quite similar to Whinlatter!
Going to have to sort out a trip there, some of my mates have been but I didn't go cos they were doing that DH course with the ridiculous jump on it - not really my thing

I will do at some point defo.
I'm going for a weekend in Dumfries & Galloway at the start of March with about 6 others. Meant to be doing Dalbeattie and Kirughtree and maybe Mabie Forest too. I've never done any of those before, looking forward to it!

Sounds good, I ain't rode any of them either, I really wanna go back to glentress and dalby forest, I think were going to whinlatter in a few weeks, wanna try and get as much single track riding in as I can this year, will be awkward cause I'll have to arrange it round my XC racing and that mega avalanche I showed you.

Just showed my mate that vid. He said the DH track he goes on is right next to the start of that but he has done that trail in the video too.
Trail of Doom is the DH one apparently Have you done it?

Ah that's the 4X track, I ain't rode that cos you have to have a full face, but my full face has jus come lastweek so I might give it a bash, it's a canny wild course from what I've been told from people that have road it.
