This is a pretty cool website some of you might find interesting, specifically the transport section, which features Holborn tram station. You can see one of the trams at the beginning of the open road london video in the other thread. Id personally love a visit to Aldwych underground one day.

I work in Holborn and even i've never seen the tram station
I'm quite lucky in that i've seen a few of the closed underground stations, albeit from the front of an underground train.

We need Graham88 in this post.
Im sure he's seen most of the closed stations
I've love a good walk around some of this. I knew about Holborn station, i went through a phase at looking at the history of my local towns, and also the area in london I worked in.
Some mega interesting things to find online if you look about!!!

Not if you access them from the tracks
I've seen a few, most of the names escape me but I've not been to any big ones yet I'm looking forwards to the day that happens like around the Kings Cross area I know there's a few that are left exactly as they were when they closed so must be pretty cool.
One I've walked around the most was Brompton Road I think it was called, was being built between South Kensington and either Sloane Square or Gloucester Road, I can't remember which direction we headed down the tunnel but basically the platform was built but the station was never used but obviously there are no posters and stuff. Unfortunately I was on an assessment on that one so I couldn't explore too much
Quite a few North of the Northern Line around Finchley but I don't work on that line unfortunately.
I found that website pretty cool, I see alot of it most of the time such as derelict trains as most are dismantled in the depot I work in but still a few things I hadn't seen before.

I remembered about these picture I took when we were working at Green Park there's a disused floodgate there but the equipment was unused for about 20 years. Even when we walked into the room where the equipment was because it hadn't been disturbed for years it was so dusty and we left footprints behind etc...
Some fucker turned the lights off when I was walking halfway down, shit me up
Random picture but this is the Waterloo & City Line just took this when I was working down there.

I go in quite a lot of these abandoned places but gave up bothering with photos a while ago. I do find it really interesting, its amazing what you can find. Visited an old seaplane factory in Rochester last night, the place is situated underground and the only remaining entrance is about a metre in diameter, but its sooo huge underground, tunnel after tunnel.

I haven't done any since Buckmore Park. Shame as I really enjoyed it, I think that will probably be the most interesting I'll go in as I'd been there when it was open.

You should pop along to rochester Graham. Medway college and uni of kent rochester campus are both abandoned, its also worth popping along to the seaplane factory (underground tunnels), I saw a post you made on 28days about someones report saying you would like to go but dont know how to get in. It took us a while to find but I could hook you up with coordinates.
